Dolwe Rock Island
Dolwe is an island full of intriguing rocks and rock paintings situated in the eastern side of Lake Victoria in Namayingo district in the Busoga sub-region of Uganda. The island is known to have existed for over 500 years. To reach Dolwe Rock Island, you need to travel by boat or ferry from the Bwondha landing site in Mayuge district. The journey takes 3 – 4 hours.
